Tahiti Cruises offer an unique concept in the heart of the South Pacific Islands : an all-inclusive cruise aboard an exclusive luxury yacht, the “Haumana” in the reknowned atolls of Rangiroa and Tikehau, located in the Tuamotu archipelago.

BOAT DESCRIPTION :
The Haumana Yacht is a 120 feet Catamaran Yacht. She can accommodate up to 34 guests in 17 intimate 15 square meters cabins, all with wide windows, an ocean view and a queen sized bed. The 17 cabins include a television and DVD and a CD/radio, air conditioning, safe deposit and mini bar, a private bathroom equipped with hair dryer.
She is an intimate catamaran and is fully air conditioned throughout the entire yacht.
She also includes passenger decks and a tour office to help organize the excursions. The Haumana Yacht offers
all the conveniences of a large cruise ship but with considerably fewer passengers and much more intimacy.
The Haumana Yacht has been renovated in order to better correspond to our passengers and their particular needs : the main deck has been extended, an open-air Jacuzzi has been added.
The Haumana also has a 40 seat air-conditioned restaurant with a panoramic view which is situated on the main deck.
The Chef's international and Polynesian cuisine features seafood specialties. The bar, guest lounge and the spa pool are located on the upper deck. The upper deck allows for an unobstructed view of the sky, stars and the surrounding sparkling turquoise lagoon and white-sand beaches.

2007 HAUMANA CRUISE RATES :
3 cruises available all year-round embarking and disembarking from Rangiroa, Tuamotu Archipelago :

• the 3-night "Blue-lagoon cruise" in Rangiroa lagoon
• the 4-night "Pink-sand cruise" including Rangiroa and Tikehau (itinerary : Rangiroa-Tikehau-Rangiroa)
• the 7-night "Rainbow cruise" including Rangiroa and Tikehau (itinerary : Rangiroa-Tikehau-Rangiroa)

Compulsory Christmas & New Years Eve supplements :

These supplements have to be applied in addition to all the above cruise rates :
 - the 24th of December : 111 USD per person
 - the 31th of December : 111 USD per person

1 Starlit lovers dinner on the fore deck for 2 persons
 Validity: 12 months after the wedding ceremony
A copy of the wedding certificate will be requested upon embarkation

Payment policy :

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior cruise departure.

2007 seasonalities:

High season : from june 2nd to november 16th & from december 22nd to december 31st, 2007
Low season : from january 02nd to june 01st & from november 17th to december 21st, 2007

Children policy :

Please revert back to us should you have any booking request including children.
A quote will be sent according to the children' s ages and the boat availabilities.

Cancellation policy :

If cancellation received between 90 and 61 days prior to departure : 10 % of total fare will be retained
If cancellation received between 60 and 31 days prior to departure : 25 % of total fare will be retained
If cancellation received between 30 and 16 days prior to departure : 50 % of total fare will be retained
If cancellation received 15 days or less prior to departure : 100 % of total fare will be retained

Important Remarks :

1. All rates are per person, in USD. They are valid from January 02nd to December 31st, 2007
   Moreover, these rates are based on 2006 Government taxes. Should these be modified for 2007, we do reserve the right to amend the rates accordingly.
2. Inclusions :
   - Rangiroa airport welcome and transfers between the airport and the Yacht
   - All excursions and the accompanied use of the yachts tenders
   - Entertainment both on board, on the ‘motus’ and themed evenings
   - Fishing, with all tackle supplied and the services of a fishing guide
   - The free use of kayaks and all forms of nautical activities
   - All meals with a selection of complementary wines at lunch and dinner as well as all non-alcoholic beverages.
   - Twice daily housekeeping in the cabin
   - All port and local taxes
   - Free access to the video and book library aboard
    
3. Meal schedules :
   Breakfast will be served from 07h30am to 09h00am
   Lunch will be served from 12h00pm to 02h00pm
   Dinner will be served from 08h00pm until 09h30pm
    
4. Credit Cards accepted on board :
   Visa & American Express.
    
5. Refund Policy :
   No refund will be made for whole or partial cruise components not utilized after departure.
    
6. Departures are guaranteed :
   Departures guaranteed with a minimum of 1 cabin booked.
   


7. This boat is not adapted for disabled persons.
   


8. General Conditions :
   All cruises are subject to change due to technical, meteorological or other reasons. Furthermore, Haumana reserves the right to cancel or change any cruise, and is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage, or expense due to delays or changes in cruise schedules due to sickness, weather, strikes, war, or other unforseen causes.
   


9. Travel Insurance :
   We strongly recommend that all customers follow the travel industry recommendations and purchase a travel insurance product that is relevant to the journey undertaken, purchased from a reputable insurance company.
   


10. Please note that Haumana reserves the right to modify itineraries, dates of departure, and rates without notice.
