REMARKS:

1. All rates are per person, in USD, They are valid from January 01st to December 31st, 2007; based on 2006 Government taxes.
   Should these be modified for 2007, we do reserve the right to amend the rates accordingly.
   
2. Service Tax for an amount of 1% is not included. Service Tax applies to accommodation, meals and beverages. It will be automatically added to your quote.

During Christmas and New Year Season, Special Conditions and Compulsory Meals may apply. Please contact us.
3. The packages include transfers, accommodation, all service & complete appropriate diving equipment.
   The packages DO NOT include domestic sea or air domestic transportations.
   They do not include any meal unless otherwise mentioned.


4. Hotel Maitai Dream Fakarava is the only hotel with Half Board (breakfast + dinner) included.


5. In order to beneficiate from these special package rates, the length of stay or services included cannot be reduced. Any additional night and service will be charged as rates shown on our website.


6. The suppliers have accepted to operate this program based on a "Seat in Car" basis. They reserve the right however to have other clients joining the party on some diving. Consequently, please note that these programs are non private programs & ask upon request for special private individual or group rates.


7. Diving information :
   • Dive Rates including "all equipment & services" means that the diving rate includes: tank, regulator, stab/BCD, mask, fins, weight belt and boat transfer to the dive site, unless otherwise mentioned.
8. some recommendations:
   • It is recommended to all divers to bring along their Diving & Medical Certificates.
   • For confirmed Divers, we shall recommend them to bring their own equipment (except for tanks & weights, of course). However, you may trust the quality of the equipment available in the different dive centers; the equipment being renewed & checked regulary according to the internationnal standards.
   • It is not recommended to dive 24H. before any domestic or internationnal filght.
9. Air Tahiti authorizes an exceptionnal baggage allowance of 25 Kg. (instead of 20 Kg.) per internationnal DIVING passenger connecting to/from an Internationnal flight.
In order to beneficiate from this special offert, divers must:
• Show upon Air Tahiti flight check-in their internationnal diving card.
• Show as well their internationnal flight tickets.
10. Cancellation policy: This package is non-refundable if cancelled 7days or less prior to the international arrival date.
11. A local communal tax (between 50 & 150 cfp/pers/night - about 1 USD = 100 CFP - Pacific Francs) will be requested in the islands & shall consequently be paid on spot, at the hotels.
